Concord Golf Club is a Private Members Club and Function Venue.

We are currently seeking a Full time Chef de Partie to join our Professional Kitchen Team.

You will be involved in food preparation and presentation with a wide variety menus. Gaining experience in varying menu styles such as Table de hote, Cocktail and A la carte.

If you enjoy variety in your day and are passionate about food preparation and presentation as well as delivering quality cuisine with a flair– then this is a role for you. 

Essential duties for the role include, but are not limited to the following: 

• Prepare mis-en place as required.
• Cook and present menu items as per standard recipe cards.
• Ensure all food safety measures are understood and followed.
• Keep all working areas clean and tidy. Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned.

To be successful for this role:

• Trade Qualifications or in the case of apprentices, currently studying or seeking to become a chef.
• You will have unlimited working rights in Australia and demonstrate a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Must have current Food Handling Certificate 
• You are customer service driven, with strong communication skills.
• Have the capacity to multi task.
• You cope well under pressure and have the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• You are available to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• You have the ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
• Must be able to converse with members.
