We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Chef to join our hard working and dedicated team. We are a family owned and operated business in the Eastern suburbs of Perth.

A family friendly, fast paced, high volume tavern serving bistro style food and changing daily specials.

This is an opportunity to join a long standing and very well recognised venue within the area. As well as working as apart of a dedicated, friendly and long standing team.

The successful Applicant will have the following:

• Have a full Chef qualification (Completion of Apprenticeship & Certificate III in Commercial Cookery)
• Have a minimum of a years previous experience working in a fast paced a la carte kitchen in a similar position.
• Must be willing and available to work weekends and rostered shifts, including public holidays.
• Is a well presented team player with a positive/can do attitude.
• Produce quality food in a clean and efficient manner.
• Stock control and ordering, ensuring quality control.
• Manage kitchen staff and complete rosters.
• Menu planning and costings.
