The Company
Benny Burger is no ordinary burger concept. Chef Shannon Bennett delivers this concept with his childhood memories of homemade burgers on the BBQ in the backyard.
Don't worry about the American style burger that everyone wants to copy, as the good old Aussie burger is being re-launched. Using ethically sourced ingredients from local producers, Benny Burger will deliver an honest burger that is delicious.

The Role & Responsibilities
The successful candidates will possess three key traits that we view as important to the success of the Benny Burger brand.

Communications: You'll have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build fantastic relationships with your peers and customers. You will be able to articulate the Benny Burger brand where we encourage to share your ideas with the Benny Burger team.
Accountability: You must be reliable and work within a team environment. We'll provide ongoing training to help you learn and grow so you can deliver the Benny Burger promise.
Passion: We expect you to have genuine passion and interest in food where we'll provide you with the tools to learn and grow to have a greater understanding of where Benny Burger sources its ingredients. If you're passionate about making a difference and you want a career that will provide you with knowledge and experience, Benny Burger will help you grow in the future.

As a member of the Benny Burger team, you'll be flexible to work in all areas of the store and may even be open to working in other stores close by.

If you have amazing Customer Service skills, we want to hear from you where we'll let you shine at front of house or if you have great organisational skills where you're better suited at creating the ultimate burger, we'll roster you on the grill. Your skill set will be matched to the area of responsibility to ensure you succeed in the early years of your career.
