The Job
Travelodge Hobart Airport, is seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, career driven individual to join our Kitchen team as a Part Time Chef De Partie.
This part time position requires keen & enthusiastic team players with good knowledge of kitchen operation who are willing to learn new aspects of a fast paced organisation.
The successful applicant will have:
- A'la Carte service experience favourable
- Hotel experience will be highly regarded
- Customer focused – captures the guests hearts and minds through the culinary experience
- Team player - places higher priority on team goals than on own goals
- Ability to open the restaurant during breakfast period and close after dinner service
- Great attitude - optimistic, engaged and proactive
- Natural personality – confident, knowledgeable and helpful
- Must have Australian recognised Chef Qualifications.
- Full Australian working rights is essential with no visa restrictions. Visa Sponsorship is not available.
- Ability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster
