We are searching for an enthusiastic, charismatic and polished Treatment Coordinator who has worked for a high end, luxury brand. This full time position requires you to discuss treatment options with new patients, liaise with the orthodontists regarding treatment plans, undertake administrative tasks necessary to support the role, and follow up with patients to schedule the commencement of their treatment.
To be considered, you will:
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to connect with both parents and children, as well as other industry professionals.
- Have experience in the orthodontics industry.
- Have experience in administration.
- Thrive in a team oriented workplace environment.
- Be extremely organised and methodical.
- Be immaculately presented, professional and reliable.
