About the Opportunity

CH2 are looking for a BDM to join the Aged Care team covering Victoria focusing on the Aged Care and Community Care sectors covering Residential Aged Care facilities, Home Care & Private Nursing Service providers and a range of government funded support programs such as DVA, NDIS etc. You will report directly to the Business Unit Manager. The key responsibilities of the role include growing sales in the Aged Care market, managing and developing corporate accounts and developing strategic growth plans to achieve above market growth expectations. This role is also very much about providing not only products, but also offering service solutions for our clients on how we can best support their business needs, including transaction reporting, stock management & cost saving opportunities.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience with growth of sales targets and developing relationships with key potential clients and maintaining and building upon current BDM relationships.
  • Experience in proposal coordination and development.
  • Superior selling skills, a positive attitude and highly organised
  • You are analytical, structured and are self-disciplined to work independently within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • You have outstanding communication skills and a distinct sales acumen
  • Contract interpretation, negotiation and implementation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills – word, excel and power point.
  • Experience in a Business Development capacity in the Aged Care or associated Healthcare sector is essential.
