At AIE we are looking for a dedicated hardworking individual to play a key role as an experienced Project Manager. This job is located mainly in Western Australia across multiple sites within the mining industry, with the opportunity to live in the north west. The right candidate will be remunerated with a salary that reflects the demands of the position, amongst other possible financial incentives.
We are a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy with a strong background in all areas of project management, providing our clients with feasibility engineering studies, design documentation, tendering and contract management right through to management of physical works and project close out.
The core duties expected of this role will include:
- Liaising with Client Representatives to ensure high standards of delivery
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors
- Tendering and completion of project estimates
- Onsite project management
- Assist directors with project coordination and management
In this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- A civil engineering degree recognised by Engineers' Australia
- 5+ years' experience working in either design, project engineering or project management positions (or a combination of).
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on liaising with clients in a professional manner for the successful delivery of projects.
- A strong understanding of workplace OHS procedures, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a challenging work environment.
