Description
Reporting to the Operations manager you will be responsible for;
- Providing support to Project Managers and Site Team to achieve project objectives
- Ensure compliance for each project
- Assist with budget costings and variations
- Maintain relationships with major subcontractors and client during project duration
- Prepare monthly meeting including progress claims as per contract, variations and report changes
Profile
You will be a team player with the relevant qualifications and be determined to build yourself a successful career. You will feel comfortable liaising with all levels of staff, both in the office and on site as well as clients. Ideally you will have 1+ years Contract Administration experience within a Fitout or Construction environment.
