Operating in South East Melbourne within a team of 7 project managers, you will feel as though you are part of something bigger with this role. Constant support and growth are guaranteed within this business.

Your new role
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors whilst working collaboratively with other managers to successfully lead the fitout of projects end to end. You will be responsible for the delivery of multiple jobs at once (if you're ready for the challenge) as well as focusing and expand upon existing partnerships with stakeholders.

You will have the ideally have a technical understanding based within cabinet making and joinery or carpentry to be able to quote new business and tender submission. Dealing with clients, professional and sub-contractors on site, at the forefront of the team ensuring all business processes are followed correctly.

Managing team KPI's to an efficient standard, solving staff and business issues when they occur; and of course ensuring all Projects and deadlines are delivered within budget, time-frame and quality control.

What you'll need to succeed
An outstanding working understanding of the Shopfitting sector and a keen eye for design. You will have delivered projects for high end clients before and have the ability to liaise with these stakeholders confidently and effectively. Our business prides itself on exceeding expectations so highly developed interpersonal communication skills, drive, commitment, results driven, and an ability to think outside of the box.

Have either significant Senior Construction Management experience, or have tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management or Engineering.

You will have excellent computer skills, ideally with a strong understanding in reading and interpenetrating plans.
Your past experience in a previous role will be paramount in your success, with proven leadership in managing a successful team in the same or similar industry.
