Pre Construction Manager

In this role you will cover all pre-construction activities including bid leadership, tender reviews and gateway decision making.
 
Your role will also include:
 

• Working collaboratively with internal estimating & design functions
• External consultant & subcontractor engagement
• Project cost & schedule programming
• Leadership of a team of multi-functional professionals during tenders 
• Ensuring a focus on health, safety and environmentally positive solutions

 
You will be a highly-motivated team player with a minimum demonstrated evidence of at least 15 years' experience in all aspects of construction bid/tender management.
 
A proven track record of securing profitable projects for 1st or 2nd tier contractors is highly desirable, as is a tertiary qualification in construction management or a similar qualification.
 
You will need to have excellent communication and leadership ability & strong systems knowledge. You will also provide sound recommendations & the ability to resolve issues collaboratively. 
 
Finally, you will need a positive attitude with a passion and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic team environment.
