About the Company

About the Role
Reporting to the General manager and working alongside a talented Project Manager, this company are looking for a talented individual with a proven track record working on either residential or commercial projects in Australia. Ideally, the successful person will be able to train and develop the existing staff and work in a Senior capacity on the projects.
About You
- 3+ years as a Contract Administrator in Australia
- QS Background Highly desirable
- Experience with Microsoft packages, CHEOPS or Jobpac
- Exposure to jobs between $10 - $40 Million
- Passionate, ambitious and highly motivated
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Comfortable working alongside a talented team.
