The Role:

Work across two projects
- Shared basement with townhouses - Valued at $8M
- Basement with luxury apartments located inner city - Valued at $7M
You will have the support of a Contract Administrator on each project

Skills and experience required:

Proven track record of completed projects
5-6 years' experience
Delivered a minimum of 8 projects start-finish
Apartment or Townhouse experience
