Our client is a specialist Surveying Consultancy who are looking to bring on an experienced Registered Surveyor who has run and managed Projects with ambition to be a Survey Manager now or in the next 6 months. They are involved in Major Strata and Cadastral Projects and work throughout NSW. They pay a great bonus scheme and well above award salaries.

The ideal candidate for this position will have already achieved Registered status and have worked locally on strata and cadastral projects (or have a desire to work on Strata projects). This position is there for an ambitious, dynamic surveyor looking to take the leap to leadership and supervising. 

Roles and Responsibilities of the Registered Surveyor - Survey Manager will include 

• Manage survey functions for relevant projects
• Manage field parties and CAD drafters
• Preparation of all types of survey plans
• Work strictly to health and safety standards
• Work towards deadlines accurately managing your time efficiently 
• Supervising and mentoring Surveyors, Juniors and Assistants.

To be considered for the role of Registered Surveyor - Survey Manager, you will

• Relevant Qualifications - Degree or Advanced Diploma of Surveying
• Registration with the NSW Surveyors board
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of legislation, systems, procedures and technology
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written 
• Previous experience in supervising projects and staff 
• An excellent eye for detail and attention to accuracy
• Effective time management and planning
• A clean driver licence (manual)
