Our client is one of Australia's leading property development groups who have been going from strength to strength over the past 10 years. Due to continued growth they are currently seeking a Senior CA and a mid level CA to join their team in their Sydney CBD head office.
 
As the Senior Contracts Administrator your role and responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
• Progress claim assistance and external variations
• Review, negotiate and finalise subcontracts
• Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
• Administer RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
To be considered for the role of Senior Contracts Administrator position you will require:

• Experience working on complex construction projects, ideally in excess of $15 mil
• Strong and proven track record on major Commercial construction projects
• Proven background with an Australian construction company at the level of contracts administrator
• Tertiary qualified in construction, engineering, accounting or QS or a related degree or with the equivalent knowledge, skills and experience
