The Company
Our client is a global diversified technology and multi industrial leader serving a wide range of customers in more than 150 countries.
They supply one of the most respected , trusted and widely used brand of  Fire systems, CCTV, Access Control and Security systems in the world.

The Role
To cater to their business that's growing by leaps and bounds, and the two new projects they have recently secured, we are urgently seeking experienced project managers, to oversee all aspects of projects delivery.
Key Accountabilities:

• Leadership role in solving project problems - Effective delivery and control of assigned projects  
• Effective and efficient management and regular reporting of cashflow, cost to complete, timeline and resource metrics for all projects  
• Ensure procurement of equipment meets schedule and resource demands 
• Establishment of professional relationships with clients 
•  Professional completion of Project Operation & Maintenance Manuals 
•  Effective handover of all projects to both the customer and the company's Service department 
•  Ensure that procedures are in place to identify workplace health and safety hazards and environmental aspects, assess the risks and impacts of the hazards/aspects and select appropriate risk controls to prevent injury to employees, contractors and others and harm to the environment 

The Candidate 
Minimum of 5 years experience with Fire systems, CCTV, Access Control & Security products.
Minimum of 2 years experience in Project Engineering / Supervision or similar position.

• Confidence in corresponding with clients at all levels.
• Coordinating Suppliers and Subcontractors.
• Estimating and Supervision of personnel to meet project & team goals.
• Contract Control, Financial Reporting ,Purchasing \
• High degree of computer literacy.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills. 
• High level of Professional Attitude and Portray high level Professional Appearance.
