Service Manager / BD Manager – Commercial Plumbing

International Service Group who provide a range of services for the construction phase of projects specialising in Hydraulics who are expanding the Service arm of their business are currently looking for a Service Manager / BD Manager to join their Head office in South-West Sydney.
  
Position
Reporting the to Director of Service your role will include putting together bids, managing the profit and loss, managing and growing a team of maintenance plumbers, providing quotes for associated projects, developing new contracts and clients, and programs for contract/s delivery.
  
You will be the direct report for service supervisors, administrators, and co-ordinator resources.
  
You
Hydraulics experience is not necessary for this role, but you must have sound knowledge of clients and contracts for fire, HVAC or electrical and have proven experience of building new business within these areas where you have worked with FM and/or building owner clients.
  
You will require the following;
  

• An understanding of MEP and service issues
• Experience of managing a team within MEP service
• A passion to develop new business and win new contracts
• An ability to build and maintain strong working partnerships
• Commercial acumen to win and deliver service contracts
• Ability to grow, train and develop staff
