Our client is a market leader in high-end residential construction in Sydney. They have a reputation for quality work and a portfolio that includes some of the finest architecturally designed homes in Sydney.
  
About the role
Site Manager to  run all activities on site. Dealing with subcontractors and clients

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creation, management and development of the construction program.
• Site administration including updating plans & tracking changes to plans.
• Liaising with Project Manager, architects and clients.
• Taking ownership of site safety management, ensuring WHS compliance on site. 
• Ensuring that the project is delivered on time and on budget.
• Managing sub-contractors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality construction work.
• Site administration, record keeping and quality control.

Skills and requirements:

• 3+ years experience running high-end, residential projects with a value of $2M+
• Good communication skills, proven ability to liaise with staff, sub-contractors and clients.
• Proven ability to problem solve complex issues
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation & time management skills.
