Sales Estimator required strong company building medium density residential builds Central location
Your new company
Our client is an established builder located in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne, due to growth in the business and market, our client are seeking a Sales estimator to join their team. As a strong, medium level builder, our client manages up to 300 sites located in North as well as wider Melbourne.
Your new role
• Controlling the sales pricing of variations
• Preparing and updating budget reports for key stakeholders
• Understand processes in Databuild
• Cost Analysis of construction projects
What you'll need to succeed
• Experience in the Sales Estimating role
• Knowledge of Databuild or similar Estimating software
• Understanding of the residential build process
• High level of professional communication skills
