We are currently looking for an experienced Civil Structures Supervisor & Leading Hands for a busy contractor for work on major projects across Melbourne. They are known as one of the leading civil/ infrastructure services providers in Victoria and due to a recent increase in projects the role has a arisen 

The role will see you responsible for running structural crews on major road and rail projects which include - Formwork, footings, beam and precast placement, minor earthworks as well as QA and safety while reporting directly into the Superintendent and Construction Manager.

In this role your key responsibilities will be:
  • Day to day management of production in line with program, schedule and cost
  • Ensure high level of QA/QC is met on site
  • Manage and drive high level of delivery with team
  • Continuing strong relationship with key stakeholders through open communication
  • Manage OH&S to achieve zero harm results for the team
To be successful in your application you will need: 
  • Relevant Trade Qualification or Tertiary. 
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role of Supervisor or Leading Hand
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Strong understanding of civil structures, pre cast & pre stressed concrete structures
  • Proactive approach to OH&S
  • RIW Card
  • Based in Melbourne and able to travel.
