Your new company
My client requires a flexible, customer service focused individual to work in their Frankston branch. Their recent increase success has created a new vacancy for a Sales Coordinator to join their Sales department.
Your new role
You will be working in a fast paced working environment dealing with inbound call. You will be required to coach callers, provide advice on the various options that are suitable for them and data entry.
What you'll need to succeed
- Sales experience
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- Contact centre experience
- High volume inbound call experience
- Be comfortable working to KPIs
