We now have an exciting new position available as a result of internal promotion.
Reporting within the National Operations team you will be the vital link between their customers and the business as a whole, providing customers with a positive service experience through support across multiple facets of the business whilst interacting with the in-field Territory Managers.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- First point of contact for retail stores, farmers or territory managers
- Problem solve or assess a variety of challenges that arise day-to-day to achieve an outcome for the customers
- Liaising and working closely with territory managers, working as a team
- Processing orders via phone, fax and email
- Take ownership over customers and geographic areas
- Provide customers with post-sales support and develop further relationships.
- Any opportunity to value add with your customers is encouraged.
The successful candidate will have worked in a product based environment, but a background within an agricultural, transport or logistics business will be greatly advantageous as well. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and have exceptional accuracy whilst processing a large amount of data into a CRM system. You will be confident in yourself and be a team orientated individual.
