Reporting to:

Operations Manager

Summary:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, Your role will be to provide administrative support to the sales and operations team which will include providing exceptional levels of service to Pet Circle's customers, reconciling invoices against purchase orders, proactively investigating courier delays and updating reporting as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Updating Supplier Invoices
  • Identifying Courier Delays, improving customer experience and keeping them up to date on the progress of their order.
  • Identifying delays in shipping, Shortages of product in the warehouse etc. in order to ensure our customers are either getting their orders filled, or are aware of why.
  • Action adhoc tasks as directed by the Operations Manager
  • Supporting our Customer Service team to ensure that they are able to provide the best service to our customers.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all customer interaction after the point of sale

Skills and Knowledge

  • Prior experience in a similar role an advantage but not necessary
  • Good time management skills
  • Sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service skills
