ARE YOU AN ADMIN / CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL? WANTING TO PUT YOUR SKILLS INTO PRACTICE?Working for a well-respected Gov Department assisting in supporting the office in administrative and customer service duties.
The Role:
- Perform a range of customer services such as processing of applications, payroll and compliance related tasks
- Support the operational functioning of the Program.
- Respond to general enquiries which may include student eligibility, payroll, child protection, transport runs.
- Provide a range of administrative, keyboard and clerical support services to support the operational functioning of the assigned business unit.
- Identify areas for improvement in administrative support and implement required changes to improve the work of the directorate
- Availability ASAP
- Permanent residency
- Previous customer service experience required
- Ideally a background within Government
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Current Working with Children's Check (WWCC) or willing to complete one
- Willing to complete a Criminal Record Check
- Immediate or advanced use of Microsoft Office applications
