ARE YOU AN ADMIN / CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL? WANTING TO PUT YOUR SKILLS INTO PRACTICE?

Working for a well-respected Gov Department assisting in supporting the office in administrative and customer service duties. 

The Role: 
  • Perform a range of customer services such as processing of applications, payroll and compliance related tasks
  • Support the operational functioning of the Program.
  • Respond to general enquiries which may include student eligibility, payroll, child protection, transport runs.
  • Provide a range of administrative, keyboard and clerical support services to support the operational functioning of the assigned business unit.
  • Identify areas for improvement in administrative support and implement required changes to improve the work of the directorate
What You Need:
  • Availability ASAP
  • Permanent residency 
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Ideally a background within Government
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Current Working with Children's Check (WWCC) or willing to complete one
  • Willing to complete a Criminal Record Check
  • Immediate or advanced use of Microsoft Office applications
