The Bega Foods business is looking for motivated, customer focused individuals to support the customer order fulfilment process to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Additionally you will have:

  • Managing customer enquiries
  • A professional, concise and accurate communication style
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to changes in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to gain insight to customers and find opportunities that exceed customer expectations
  • Builds and maintains great customer relationships
  • Experience monitoring orders and problem solving potential delivery issues
  • Confidence using ERP system(s) and Microsoft applications
