Our client is a globally recognized provider of electronic solutions in a wide range of industries, including data communications, consumer electronics, industrial, automotive, commercial vehicle and medical. They are currently looking to expand their customer service team in their Melton office.

We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer with SAP experience. This is for an ongoing position, with a view to permanent for the right candidate. Hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am-4.30pm and you must be available for all days. The pay rate is $28.09 per hour. The current team is friendly and willing to provide full training so if you have a great attitude and are willing to learn, this may be the opportunity you have been looking for!

Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Processing invoices
  • Data entry
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Liaising with warehouse staff to process orders
  • Use of excel, word and SAP systems

To be considered for these roles, applicants must satisfy the following key selection criteria:

  • Proven experience in a similar position (minimum 2 years)
  • Have your own reliable transport as site is not near public transport
  • Full training is provided so must be willing to learn new skills
  • A can do attitude and enjoy working in a team environment
  • Available Monday to Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm
  • Be committed, motivated and reliable
