Due to significant business growth, an opportunity exists for a career inspired Customer Service professional to lead, inspire and develop this integral, customer centric hub of the business. This key role is responsible for overseeing the Customer Service Team who will look to you for strategic leadership, innovation and inspiration.
Reporting to the General Manager Sales, key components of this role include working with, supporting, mentoring, leading and developing the Customer Service Team while also managing your own customer base. Responsible for maximising sales outcomes and efficiencies across the team, you will analyse and identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve team outputs. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining market driven, quality service standards, ensuring a “best in class” experience for internal and external customers.
Essential Criteria:
* Demonstrated Customer Service / CRM experience in a leadership position;
* Ideally (although not essential), this would be in a manufacturing / wholesaling, Foodservice and/or FMCG, general Service Industry sectors;
* Involvement with market sectors, Age Care, Health Care, Foodservice, Catering, Hotels, Airlines and P&C is ideal exposure;
* Outbound and inbound call center sales experience;
* Ability to identify gaps within the system or organisation and develop business processes that will enhance the customer experience;
* Strong Microsoft Office suite and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) skills ;
* A deep understanding of companion and solution selling
* Highly motivated and disciplined with strong interpersonal skills;
* Understand and demonstrate the term ‘customer-centric’.
