The Company
Our client is a leading global manufacturer based in the Southern Suburbs of Perth. As a leader in their field with a focus on keeping manufacturing local, success is constantly continued. Due to ongoing growth they are currently seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to join their close-knit team.
The Position
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, the role will include:
- End to end Customer Service - from attending to customer enquiries through to delivery
- Timely and accurate entry of orders, processing invoices and filing
- Provide product and pricing information to customers
- Coordinate strategies to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Support reception and assist with telephone enquiries
- Support to the Sales team to ensure a sound understanding of customer requirements and expectations
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have the ability to work at a continuous fast pace, as well as come with;
- Proven Customer Service experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment
- An understanding of order process and supply chain
- Excellent communication skills and bright, confident manner
- High level of attention to detail
- A calm nature with the ability to build strong relationships
