Due to consistent growth and internal movement an exciting opportunity exists for a Client Support Coordinator to deliver an outstanding customer experience to a large portfolio of clients.

Description
Responsible for enhancing the customer experience, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Proactive management of relationships within account portfolio to ensure all clients receive excellent customer service
- Regular communication with assigned Account Managers
- Working within agreed work processes and within the set time frames
- Ensuring that when new client contracts are set up, all new products are set up correctly for the customer
- Coordinating and facilitating new product training as required
- Troubleshooting finance queries and resolving any issues in a timely and effective manner
- Assist in branding campaign activities
- Selling, booking and administration of Premium Services and management of communications to the client throughout the process
Profile
As well as having exceptional communication and customer service skills, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience-
- Strong problem resolution skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Good time management, prioritisation and follow up skills and the ability to effectively balance quality and quantity of output
- High levels of initiative and able to think beyond the square
- Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve customer issues/complaints
- An ability to meet deadlines within a fast paces environment
- Excellent computer and internet skills in particular the Microsoft Office Suite
- Good team player who contributes to and fosters a positive team environment
