- Maintaining the CRM database
- Following up with Customers after their show room visit
- Responding to inquiries
- Handling inbound & outbound calls
- Advising on products
What you'll need to succeed
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Confident in the use of CRM
- Experience in client liaison
- Drive & motivation
- To be a PR or citizenship holder
