As a Resourcer you will become an advisor to our wide candidate pool and ensure new talent is appropriately sourced, screened and readily available to take on opportunities as they present themselves. You'll be a natural relationship builder and confident networker, with the ability to unearth new talent for hard to fill roles.
What a Candidate Resourcer will do at Marble.
- Look after and offer support to a mixture of client accounts and candidate relationships
- You will have the opportunity to learn from senior team members who have been in recruitment for many years
- Build a name for yourself within the industry and find new unique ways to unearth candidates
- Receive constant training and team encouragement to help you succeed
- On target earnings in excess of $100k in your first year is highly achievable with our support and guidance
What we are looking for.
- An ambitious and highly motivated individual with the best intentions
- Someone who's main focus is to be a high achiever and smash personal and work goals
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to talk to people on all levels of seniority
- Must have a completed university degree and experience working with customers
