Looking for a bubbly & energetic customer service consultant for this reputable company located in Camberwell

Your new company
Our client is Australia’s largest Atlantic salmon producer with its principal activities being hatching, farming, processing, sales and marketing of Atlantic Salmon. They harvests in excess of 20,000 tonnes of salmon per annum. This accounts for approximately 70% of Australia’s entire Atlantic salmon production. The company is predominately based in Tasmania, with marketing offices located in Melbourne. The work hours are between 8:30am - 4:30pm (flexible). Accessible via public transport


Your new role
This customer service job will include duties such as:

• Taking general inbound calls from current clients
• Providing information on products and service
• Creating new work orders
• Managing customer complaints
• Data Entry?admin Duties

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you must have:

• Previous customer service experience (call centre, retail etc)
• Bubbly and energetic personality
• High attention to detail
• Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness to learn

What you'll get in return
