Our client, is a well regarded and long established educational institution in Melbourne's CBD are Seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service/Administrator to join their Customer Service and Administration team. 
  
About the role 

Working in a supportive team, that will help you grow and develop your day to day duties will include but not be limited to: 

• Answering incoming calls and attending to student enquiries in a professional and timely manner 
• Provide excellent customer service to students 
• Processing and updating all student enrollments 
• Ensure all student databases are accurate and up to date
• Provide support to other departments where needed

Essential Criteria

Ideally, you have worked in a customer service or administration role for an educational institution previously 

• Previous Customer service and administration experience
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring multiple tasks and deadlines
• Qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent Skills
• Proactive and takes initiative 
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently

• Previous Student services or Student Support experience 
• Knowledge of student databases, Wisenet, Vettrak
