ITS is seeking someone who is ready for a challenge and to take on a team leader role in the call centre area of the business. You will be responsible for the evening operations of the call centre team by providing expert advice to our team members ensuring they provide superior customer service and exceed internal and external customer expectations. You will work closely with the Supervisor to support the team with regular feedback, rewarding and recognition and escalating any performance issues to the Supervisor and/or Manager. You will be expected to look outside the box and have the ability to identify, develop, implement and maintain process improvements to make our call centre an efficient and effective area of the business.
To be successful in this role you will be available to work 5 evenings per week, have proven experience with Service Level Agreements and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with good organisational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritise your work. We are also looking for someone who has experience with reporting and analytical skills whereby you are able to look for process improvements and implement effective changes. We need someone who has a positive and enthusiastic commitment to their work and the achievement of results. Someone with a working knowledge of call centres and previous team leading experience would be advantageous.
