Our 6-star energy efficient factory located in Melbourne, is the largest manufacturing site for the swimming pool and spa industry equipment outside of the United States.

We are seeking an engaging leader to head up our national Service team which incorporates our Customer Service staff and in field Technicians. The role will see you manage the consumer support activities across Australia to achieve after sales service excellence. Given this is a national role interstate travel will be required. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide leadership in the day to day management of the Service team ensuring staff are engaged and motivated
  • Further develop and introduce policies and procedures to ensure the service teams operate in an efficient manner
  • Achieve maximum consumer satisfaction within the company policies and guidelines
  • Assess product performance
  • Identify and organise the training requirements of service staff
  • Monitoring trade customer difficulties and warranty claims 
  • Ensure all reporting requirements are achieved in a timely manner
  • Establish strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, to ensure that relevant trade customer and business information is shared 
  • Keep internal and external stakeholders informed of customer insights and business initiatives
  • Work with and monitor third party repair agents
  • Establish quality assurance in the service/repair area

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Strong technical background
  • An electrical or gas fitting background would be advantageous
  • Experience in customer service management
  • Experience in managing in field technicians
  • Sound people management skills
  • Strong skills in customer liaison
  • Good stakeholder and project management skills
  • Previous experience within the pool & spa industry highly regarded
