JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for is someone with proven track record in sales, but most importantly someone that is well travelled!

We need you to be apart of this multi award winning and growing online travel agency which was originally established in the UK and because of their strong industry partnerships, it has allowed them to grow to multiple countries across the globe.


Your job will be but not restricted to:

- Taking inbound calls and answering emails from existing or new clients and converting quotes to bookings
- Book air arrangements through a easy to use point and click system
- Up selling & cross selling
- Have a chat with customers about their adventures of a lifetime
- General administration duties



EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Well travelled! A strong geographic knowledge
- Proven track record in sales & able to comfortably work towards KPI's
- Self motivated, vibrant personality
- Some form of stability in employment history (we are not looking for constant job hoppers)
- Ability to communicate with ease both verbal and written
- Driven personality and passionate



THE PACKAGE:

You will be offered a generous salary base in line with industry standards and also a lucrative commission structure on top which will see you earn about $120k per annum. On average consultants earn an extra $8-$10k per month ontop of their base salary!!!!
