Your new role
- Inbound call centre role working from home, providing exceptional service to customers with insurance product inquiries.
- You will be responding to insurance quote enquiries and engaging your customer in order to open an insurance policy.
- This is an exciting opportunity to join a flexible staffing team that will see you work from home the first point of contact for our customers with enquiries about our insurance products.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in customer service and enjoy creating a connection with customers and understanding their needs. Ideally you will have worked in sales, call centres, or any other relevant industry that has required you to promote features and benefits of products.
To be eligible to work from home you will need to be located 60 minutes or less from Hurstvile South Sydney, have a home-based work space free from distraction, a home phone line, Internet connection (minimum download speed of 5mbps) and a data plan package of 150gb

You will be working 5 days a week, with either Monday, Friday or the weekends as your days off. Business hours are from 8.00am - 8.00pm.
