As part of our customer service commitment a new, people focused call centre (the hub) was created in 2011 and has grown from a small of less than 5, to today’s staff of nearly 40 (and growing). As an Omni channel call centre, the team manage volume inbound calls, online enquiries, emails, outbound retention, face to face customer service and more. The Hub is considered the heart and soul of Frizelle Sunshine, as the first and most frequent point of contact and holder of key relationships across all of our business.

Our Hub crew are a highly enthusiastic team with an incredible ability to operate in a fast paced and dynamic environment. They each have a passion for people and a love of talking to them!

Due to the Groups success and growth, the Business Development Centre is now recruiting for numerous roles. These include; Inbound and Outbound Sales Officer, Reception, Inbound Service and Administration.

What we are looking for:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Previous call centre sales and or telemarketing experience
  • The ability to work in a fast paced office environment
  • The ability to follow instructions and work to targets and deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
  • Ideally some exposure to one or more of the following – contact centre, busy switch, customer retention or sales and events (however not essential)
  • Strong experience utilising Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

What the roles entail:

Inbound Sales – HIGH COMISSIONS

  • Using creative marketing techniques to attract enquiries
  • Handling of new vehicle customer enquiries and prospecting for new customers
  • Ensuring a follow-up system is in place that encourages repeat business and conversion leads

Outbound Sales: - HIGH COMISSION

  • Outbound follow up calls to existing customers to generate additional service appointments across various service departments
  • Strictly no cold calling – calling existing customers.
  • Manual dialling only, no predictive dialler.
  • Reporting, data entry, email communication

Inbound Service:

  • Reservations and booking of service appointments
  • Customer consultation and support to assist in problem resolution
  • Re-directing and coordinating switch board incoming calls
  • Updating and confirming customer information

Reception:

  • Customer consultation and support to assist in problem resolution
  • Re-directing and coordinating switch board incoming calls
  • Updating and confirming customer information

Administration:

  • Data entry
  • Quality checking spreadsheets, appointments and bookings
  • Contact centre, individual and team reporting
