This unique position combines a few different things - customer service, account management, administration and a teeny bit of sales. 

As a Client Services Specialist you will be responsible for:

• Contacting corporate clients to transfer their registration to an active client
• A consultative and informative approach to the services you can provide 
• Managing the paperwork and administration involved 
• Ongoing account management 

As a rule you would be on the phone for 3 hours per day trying to turn passive clients into active clients. You will be educating clients on the services you can provide and what that means.
