This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with a friendly team as a Broker Support Officer. The role involves providing lending/sales and administration support to the company owners. Flexible working hours will be considered for the right candidate.

Primary responsibilities include –

• Preparation of online loan submissions including liaising with clients to request supporting documentation
• Proactive follow up of the loan progress from application through to settlement
• Forming relationships and communicating with clients, lenders, referrers and other stakeholders

Experience and skills required –

The successful candidate will have gained at least 2 years experience from a lending or mortgage administration role and have good knowledge of banking products and services and the procedures involved in loan processing including an understanding of the current regulatory environment.

You will also have:

• Effective computer skills – Microsoft Office, database/CRM, and loan lodgement software
• Highly developed organisational skills and the ability to multi task
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and via phone/email with a strong client service focus
• Ability to work autonomously
