Your new company
An established public sector business based out of Melbourne CBD is looking for a Relationship Manager, Business Lending to join their highly passionate team. They believe in partnering with entrepreneurs in the local community to support them in building successful businesses.
Your new role
You will be advising local business owners on financing strategies for their business. You will conduct credit lending assessments pertaining to business loans, equipment finance loans, and working capital loans. Risk management, financial analysis, identifying weaknesses, recommending improvements, and credit decisioning will be a key component of your role. You will also be the point of contact for any client enquiries.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Business Banker who is also:
- Passionate about helping entrepreneurs with financing matters and making a real impact on the local community
- Open to travelling to different states within Australia, based on customers’ needs
- Able to work autonomously and independently
- Capable in building long-term meaningful relationships with clients
