Job Summary:
- Gold Coast Location.
- Full-time role, in a flexible working environment, including the opportunity to work from home.
- Monday – Friday only, NO WEEKENDS.
- Competitive salary with uncapped earning potential and an employee share plan
- Candidates must have proven experience as an Account / Sales Manager with corporate and institutional clients.
- Candidates must have experience in the property industry.
- Immediate start.
Responsibilities
- Managing the Full Sales / Account Management Cycle with institutional clients - including direct, repeat and experience sales.
- Building the sales team.
- Promptly contacting leads.
- Maintaining and updating our client database.
- Managing client relationships.
- Keeping up-to-date with product and market knowledge.
- Facilitating sales process and supporting marketing activities.
To Be Successful You Must:
- Be experienced with corporate and institutional clients
- Be experienced in the Australian property market.
- Have previous experience in sales.
- Be a highly self-motivated and results-driven person with outstanding sales and communication skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
