Your new company
This top tier bank have a strong market presence across both business and corporate banking. They have an established commercial banking team who cover a range of product offerings to their clients. Due to a recent restructure, they are currently looking to recruit a Senior Business Banking Manager to join their high performing team.

Your new role
Within this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of approx. 50 profitable commercial clients, lending between $5M to $35M. A full time assistant will support you in credit memorandums, annual reviews and general administrative duties. This will allow you to utilise your time more effectively to be on the road, networking and bringing on new-to-bank business. Developing relationships with referral partners will play an important part in your role.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be sales-driven and ambitious with a 'hunter' mentality, bringing in new business and commercial opportunities regularly. In order to be considered for this role you will require a proven track record in relationship management within business or commercial banking, demonstrate the ability to acquire and build relationships with new clients and you will have experience in lending within the $5-$35M space. You will have a proven track record of performance and achievement and have a current active network of broker relationships.
