Our client, a leader in Financial Services have an exciting opportunity for PMO Lead based in North Sydney. In this key position the PMO Lead will be accountable for the delivery of PMO services within one of Wealth Projects.
Operating at a senior level in support of the Program Director and Program Managers this role will ensure the successful delivery of Wealth projects. Building strong networks and forming effective relationships with the program managers and their PMO lead peers in other portfolios will be crucial.
Responsibilities include:
- Establish high standards of PMO service delivery in the Wealth portfolio
- Maintain solid operating rhythm around DA and reporting/governance
- Drive efficiency of PMO operations in the Advice regulatory portfolio- work with PMO resources across the portfolio to build capability and deliver consistent standards to the Programs
To be considered for this position you will demostrate:
- At least 8+ years industry experience in Wealth PMO management
- Previous experience in program governance, reporting and communication
- Knowledge of the Financial Advice industry is highly desirable, in particular an understanding of the regulatory environment,
