The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Corporate Advisory Senior to work one-on-one with senior Corporate Advisory team members, and other specialists, within William Buck.
As a pivotal member of this close-knit specialist division, you will have the opportunity to work within a high-performing, full service Corporate Advisory team, and experience a mix of M&A, valuations, transaction services, financial modelling and strategic advisory matters.
Successful candidates will have:
- 3+ years’ experience in Valuations, Financial modelling, Due diligence, M&A
- Excellent report writing, and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret both financial and non-financial data from a variety of different sources
- Experience with excel, particularly building integrated models
- Relevant accounting or commerce degree, ideally CA qualified
- Ability to manage and progress multiple transactions/assignments concurrently
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to make suggestions and ‘think outside the box’
- Strong attention to detail
