Full time Finance Manager sought for Aged Care facility in Regional Victoria. Immediate start available.

Your new company
Our client is an experienced aged care organisation who provides housing and services to residents throughout Regional Victoria, this hybrid private/public partnership is seeking a driven, commercially minded Finance Manager to deliver strategic financial management for the executive team located 2.5 hours from Melbourne.

Your new role
Due to internal restructuring, the opportunity has arisen for a technically skilled finance professional to come on board and collate statutory financial reports, provide commentary and recommendations to senior stakeholders on the organisation's financial position as well as managing the budgeting and forecasting process.

Leading a small team the successful applicant will be required to oversee a vibrant team through a period of organisation and structural change.

What you'll need to succeed
Whilst a CA/ CPA qualification will be highly regarded, prior experience managing an aged care finance function is required to be able to come onboard and hit the ground running.
