About the Role.
You will support the business in partnership through ensuring a well organised and controlled finance function and provide insightful analysis to improve business decision making, capturing and allocating costs
- Monthly Bas
- Payroll tax lodgement and annual reconciliation
- Preparation of Board Reports including information around various Risk reporting measures
- Cost allocations on a crop-by-crop basis
- Maintenance of monthly accounts in Xero
- Ensuring the correct integration of different business systems into the accounting record (for example Excel based reporting or add-on solutions)
Candidate:
- Accounting qualification preferred (either CA or CPA)
- Minimum 5 years of previous work experience in auditing, accounting and/or tax
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience and exposure to financial reporting, internal controls, and administration
- Experience and exposure to corporate finance an advantage
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as required
- Experience using MYOB or Xero (or similar system)
