Your new role:
Our Melbourne Summer Vacation Program is designed for students in their second last year of university, who want to experience life at Pitcher Partners and what it is like to work in a professional service environment.

What we bring:
Our program provides students with a variety of experiences including the opportunity to gain real life work experience, training, career information sessions, networking events and exposure to the Pitcher Partners’ culture. Through regular interaction with our partners and senior managers and a strong support network including an allocated buddy, this program allows you to promote yourself.
As a Summer Vacationer you will:
- Receive on the job learning to make you workplace ready
- Attend fortnightly learning sessions to provide development opportunities
- Deliver a research project to drive innovation
- Have the opportunity to network with people in the firm and our clients
The program runs between November and February. Vacationers work full time over an eight-week period during the summer university break.
