Company Background

The Role

Working in a Finance Team of 7, this role will:

• Manage billing end to end billing cycle in a timely manner each month
• Prepare thorough and accurate management reporting for presentation to the Senior team.
• Take responsibility for the of revenue management and monthly sales achievement reporting
• Work collaboratively across the organisation to ensure timely activation of customers and commencement of billing
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly contracted billings
• Ensure all billing information is correct and current
• Ensure all ad-hock billing is up to date including billing for hardware sales, maintenance and installations.
• Monthly reporting of contracted revenue including new, variations and cancellations of contracts

Your Background

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills as well as exceptional time management. With at least 3 years’ experience prior exposure in a project based environment such as engineering, telecommunications is beneficial but not essential.
