- Exciting opportunity to take ownership of and grow a reputable business
- Executive leadership position reporting directly to Group CEO
- $220-240K + super + STI + equity opportunity
Reporting to the Group CEO, the CCO will manage a large and geographically diverse team, delivering B2C services. This role has national responsibility and can be based in a variety of capital cities as required by the right candidate.
As the business is expected to rapidly expand, you will be comfortable balancing the performance of an established business as well as being very hands on in a start-up environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the continuous focus and development of a customer centric business and culture to delight customers with every experience
- Develop and implement strategies to elevate customer growth and experience to the forefront of the organisations internal and external activities
- Drive customer/business transformation and be accountable for service delivery & growth
- Find better solutions and opportunities to meet customer demands
- Drive customer focus across the organisation to maximise customer experience, attraction and retention through sound strategy & execution
- Lead and grow the impact of the sales & marketing team
- Proven track record in growing a business and market share in a fast paced, outcome and value focussed environment.
- Contemporary, agile and customer-centric approach to sales, marketing and innovation
- Ability to demonstrate personal commitment, strong work ethic and consciously role modelling organisational values towards building a strong positive culture.
- A constructive, collaborative leadership style that supports people within the team and wider organisation to achieve results
- Experience working at a senior level to implement change and improvements in organisational strategy and customer centric processes and systems.
