CNG Systems is a national integrator of Commercial Communications infrastructure.
With offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, a position exists for a suitably qualified Branch Manager to join its Brisbane team.
Reporting directly to the National Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the team, driving new business as well as maintaining and developing opportunities within our current list of clients.
You will guide, mentor and develop your team whilst ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, performance to budget and maintaining a high level of safety.
The following will be well regarded:
· A track record of success in a leadership role
· Previous experience in the Communications / AV industry
· Proven business development skills
· Ability to develop and foster strong relationships
· Commitment to mentoring and managing your team
· Experience reporting, forecasting and P&L responsibilities
· Build and maintain enthusiasm
· Strong Operational Background
Salary is negotiable based on experience.
